If you're experiencing
a problem with your coffee equipment and you would like technical
support, please submit the following form. All requests will
be checked daily and you will get a response ASAP. At this time we
will troubleshoot, assess, or attempt to correct the problem over the
phone or via email. If further repair is necessary, you will be asked to
drop the machine off at our facility.
